EMRISE CORPORATION's CEO to Present at the Roth Capital Conference Sept. 8, 2005.

RANCHO CUCAMONGA, Calif. -- EMRISE CORPORATION (PCX:ERI), a multi-national manufacturer of defense and aerospace electronic components and subsystems and communications equipment, today announced its participation in the Roth Capital Partners New York Conference. EMRISE's president and chief executive officer will present at this conference on Sept. 8 at 11:30 a.m. Eastern time, and the presentation will be broadcast via the Internet.

For the quarter ended June 30, 2005, EMRISE reported net sales of $10.0 million, an increase of $3.6 million, or 56 percent, compared to $6.4 million reported in the second quarter of 2004. In addition, management will review the company's primary growth drivers for 2005 and beyond, including among others an order in excess of $7 million for power supply modules for 230 new aircraft for the second-round build of the Eurofighter Typhoon aircraft.
