Penthouse Acquires Danni Ashe and Video Bliss for $3 Million.

Acquisition Includes Danni.com and all Associated Operations

BOCA RATON, Fla., Nov. 1 /PRNewswire/ -- Penthouse Media Group Inc. (PMGI) announced today that it has acquired all outstanding shares, assets and trademarks of Danni Ashe Inc. and Video Bliss Inc. -- owners and operators of http://www.danni.com/, one of the most popular adult websites since 1996. Known for featuring busty models, glamorous girl--girl videos and live webcasts, http://www.danni.com/ and all of its associated websites: dannishotbox.com and dannisharddrive.com will join PMGI effective immediately.

This acquisition makes for the second coup by Penthouse Media Group Inc. to expand its multi-media platforms following the September 2006 asset purchase from Jill Kelly Productions. Danni's premium brand name, its enormous still and video content library of the most beautiful models in the world and its production and webcast facilities will support PMGI's mobile, Internet, DVD and VOD broadcast services.
