Yelena Isinbayeva thinks she can improve her world record by at least a couple of centimeters this season after altering her already impressive pole vaulting technique.
Isinbayeva has dominated women's pole vaulting for the last five years, and is the defending Olympic and world champion. Now she says her work in the offseason has made her even better.
